Laura is a board certified Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist and her dual training and endorsement has equipped her with specialised skills in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of both mental health and neurocognitive conditions. Laura qualified as a psychologist in 2013 and has worked in the public and private sector, in community, hospital and private practice settings.

Laura typically draws upon neuroscience in her day-to-day work and is particularly interested in neurodiversity, as well as how the expression of various neurotypes can differ across genders (gender assigned at birth and gender identity). She has also completed advanced training in the treatment of trauma and has extensive experience working with this presentation, as well as its commonly co-occurring conditions (i.e., depression, anxiety, addictions and sleep difficulties). Laura is passionate about this work and is experienced working with veterans and first responders.

Laura is formally trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and typically draws upon all three modalities in her day-to-date therapy work. She is also currently completing her training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Laura is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, College of Clinical Neuropsychologists, and College of Clinical Psychologists. She is a STAP (Supervisor Training and Accreditation Program) accredited supervisor and provides clinical supervision to psychologists in training.

Sarah is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency. She has over sixteen years experience in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of mental health difficulties in children, adolescents, adults and families. Sarah has studied and worked in England and Australia as a senior clinical psychologist in both the public and private sector. She currently works part time in the Child and Youth Mental Health Service and has a long history of working with complex cases.

In private practice, Sarah focuses on adult assessment and treatment. She has a particular interest in assessment of adult ADHD and autism along with treatment of anxiety (including specific phobias, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and generalised anxiety), depression and trauma. Sarah has recently worked at Buderim Private Hospital delivering a group program and trauma specific therapy for adults diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). She is experienced in working with veterans and first responders. Sarah will accept referrals for adolescents who require treatment of trauma.

Sarah draws upon evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and EMDR. Sarah values the development of individualised treatment plans that integrate the most up to date research evidence with collaborative treatment goals.

Sarah is a STAP (Supervisor Training and Accreditation Program) accredited supervisor, recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia and provides clinical supervision to psychologists in training.
